Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
